 Being coached transformed me.
Since hiring my first coach almost two decades ago I've turned to coaches many times. Skillful coaches have guided me through monumental transitions, helped me stay close to my values, and given me safe spaces for venting and solving sticky challenges.
Coaching has been so transformative for me that I began embedding coaching principles into my leadership practice. I've studied coaching and how to apply it as a supervisor, manager, and leader; mentored my teams to develop their listening and question-asking skills; and incorporated coaching practices into most of my teaching - in both workshops and the classroom.

I'm excited for you to have the same life-changing experience.
